Before all this malarkey got proper shit and boring, I was planning on a trip to the states this year, probably flying into atlanta and driving down to Florida with the missus and little sockettes for a couple of days in the parks and the rest relaxing or doing touristy shit and then flying back from NY.
Not sure its a good idea or a goer, so have been looking at alternatives....
I reckon on a trip to Sochi (via Moscow or Istanbul), hire a car and do a drive into Georgia for a few days too.

Grow up, why I like raving. Most of the people I rave with are over 50, most of them are West Ham too..
Most on those trips will be of the same age.
Wouid still rather Thailand though but that's fucked had to quarantine for 2 weeks and stay for 3 months.

We were due to go to a family wedding on the Gold Coast last summer which was obviously knocked on the head and was hoping to go this summer instead but that clearly won't be happening. Probably look to head to somewhere like Cyprus all things being well and then over to Australia in 2022.
Got flights booked to see family in Spain in May and September but doubt the May one will go ahead.

I have two clubbing breaks booked a weekend in Sofia in April and a week in Corfu in September.
The Corfu one went ahead last year, 300 all partying together for a week, no social distancing from what I've seen. Not one of them got the virus..
Not really thing, well clubbing is but not clubbing holidays, would have preferred a trip to Thailand but that looks impossible.

When I flew to Tucson there were only about 40 people on the plane.
Everyone had a row to themselves.
It was great.

Was hoping to reschedule my 2020 trips to Australia & NY for the same months (April & June) but that’s not going to happen
At the moment I’m just waiting til about March before I even think about it.
Might do the Perth trip later in the year but agree that it might be 2022 before things are semi normal

We went to a greek island for two weeks end Jul/beginning august.
It was fucking great, empty airport and loads of spare seats on the plane.

My plan is/was fly to Perth,meet up with my boy then hire a motor and drive the great coast roadvto Melbourne where we'll meet up with my Mrs who will be at her sons gaffe. Whilst there i plan a day at the MCG for the Boxing day test match,onevof my 'must do's' in life.
All up in the air right now of course but we can hope. Got a feeling air fares will soar for a while once we get going as the airlines will want to recoup as much as poss while knowing folk will be desperate to travel again.

I'm just assuming it'll all be fecked up again for the rest of the year and not getting my hopes up by making plans. But even if some foreign travel is allowed, there is no way I am flying anywhere until all Covid special measures are completely lifted. Airports are shit at the best of times, and I'm not queueing and being herded and mucked about any more than I have to. And I really don't want to spend hours on a plane breathing through a mask.
